  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup vanilla protein powder
  • ½ tbsp baking powder
  • ½ tbsp baking soda
  • ½ tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract

  • Start by preheating the oven before cooking.Set the temperature of your oven to 350°F (175°C). Fill the paper liners into the muffin tin or lightly spray each muffin cup with non-stick spray.
  • Way to Make Oat FlourPut the rolled oats in a blender or a food processor and blend till they turn into flour.
  • Put the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix them.In one large bowl, put the oat flour, protein powder, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon together. Stir well.
  • Mix all your wet ingredients together.Mix mashed bananas, eggs, some Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, milk, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl.
  • Use both wet and dry techniques when you paint.Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients a little bit at a time. Make sure to mix the ingredients just until they are blended. Be careful not to mix your batter too much.
