The Yum Yum Sauce is a creamy, a little tangy, and a lightly sweet masala that is usually connected to the Japanese stakehouse. It is versatile and pairs well with grilled meat, seafood, fried rice and vegetables.

  • 1 Whisk or spoon

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste or ketchup
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar or white vinegar
  • 1 tbsp water
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Mix Aadhaar:
    In a medium mix bowl, add 1 cup of mayonnaise and 1 tbsp of tomato paste (or ketchup). Whisk until completely mixed.
  • Add seasoning:
    Stir in garlic powder, sugar, paprika, and keene black pepper. Mix well to distribute equally.
  • Include butter and vinegar:
    Pour into melted butter and vinegar. Whisk to smooth and creamy.
  • Adjust the adjustment:
    Add 1 tbsp water (or if necessary) to dilute the sauce in your favorite stability.
  • Taste and cold:
    Add salt to taste. Transfer to an airtight container and chill for at least 1 hour to fully develop the flavor

Notes

Use full fat mayonnaise: for the best taste and cream. Shill before serving: Flavor melted better after an hour or more in the fridge. Adjust sweetness and spices: customize with more or less sugar or keene. Store properly: Put in a seal container in the fridge for 5-7 days.
