- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp ground cumin
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- ½ tbsp chili flakes
- 1 can diced tomatoes or 4 fresh tomatoes, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large eggs

Warm olive oil in a skillet over medium warm.
