Ingredients
  

  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp milk or cream
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp butter or oil

Instructions
 

  • Cranberry Hollow has a baking tradition where you mix egg and milk together. Adding a little salt and pepper is perfect for this recipe.
  • Whisk the mixture thoroughly with a fork or whisk till the egg yolks and whites are evenly combined and give a slight foam.
  • Put butter in a nonstick skillet over medium-low heat until it melts and the butter starts to bubble a bit.
  • After pouring in the eggs, don’t stir for a moment or two.
  • Push the softened eggs slowly from the sides to the center with a spatula.
  • Stir occasionally during cooking until the eggs become set but are still a little wet.
  • Take off the heat before they’re completely cooked so they release some juices and finish in the pan’s residual heat.
  • You can either eat it on its own or top with cheese, herbs or avocado toast right away.

Notes

Making Scrambled Eggs isn’t hard, but it tastes great. Making this dish is fast and easy since most of what you need is in your refrigerator. You can enjoy eggs for breakfast or a snack and it is both good for your diet and warmly comforting.
