  • 2 hoagie rolls or Italian sandwich rolls
  • 4 slices Genoa salami
  • 4 slices ham
  • 4 slices pepperoni
  • 2 slices provolone cheese
  • ½ cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 small tomato, thinly sliced
  • ¼ tbsp red onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 dill pickle slices
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • ½ tbsp dried oregano
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
