Equipment

  • 1 Sharp knife or food processor
  • 1 Mixing bowl
  • 1 Spoon or spatula
  • 1 Measuring cups/spoons

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked ham, finely chopped
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • ¼ cup finely chopped celery
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped red onion
  • 1 tbsp sweet pickle relish
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 boiled egg, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Begin chopping your Ham intermittently as you go.Grind the ham in a food processor until it is still visible but not too much.
  • Prepare Vegetables: It’s best to finely dice the celery and red onion so the salad is crunchy.
  • Combine the Base with water:Place the chopped ham, celery, red onion and your boiled egg into a large bowl.
  • Put the Dressing into the bowl:Mix in the mayonnaise, mustard and any extra sweet pickle relish you’d like to have. Let the dough hydrate while mixing it well.
  • Season:Salt and pepper the vegetables to suit your taste. Tweak mustard or mayo to get your desired amount of smoothness.
  • Chill:Try to let the salad rest in the fridge for 10–15 minutes to combine the flavors better.
  • Serve:Enjoy sprinkle cheese on sliced bread and between crackers or simply have it as a side dish.

Notes

Using smoked ham can make your dinner taste even better.
Adding dill pickles gives your salad a delicious and tangy taste.
If you like spicy cuisine, throw in some hot sauce or jalapeño pieces.
