Equipment

  • 1 Mixing bowls

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp baking soda
  • ½ tbsp salt
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • ½ cup coconut oil or additional butter
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Heat the oven to the proper temperature.Heat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Place parchment paper inside a baking tray.
  • Blend the dry ingredients together in a bowl:Mix almond flour, sugar, baking soda and salt in a bowl.
  • After that, you should add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients.Put the egg, coconut oil and vanilla in the bowl with the flour mixture. Keep on mixing until the dough forms.
  • Include additional items in your meal (these are optional).You can add chocolate chips or nuts to your dough, if you’d like more flavor.
  • Make the cookie dough into shapes for baking.Form little mounds of dough on the baking tray. Press down gently with your fingers or with a spoon to flatten the batter.
  • Cook the cookies following the recipe instructions.Cook in the oven for 10–12 minutes until the edges are golden.
  • Enjoy everything as you go through history.Leave the tray of cookies out for 5 minutes to cool off a bit. Next, racks air dry the cookies until they are completely done.

Notes

Select a good gluten-free all-purpose flour to help the bread turn out soft and delicious.
Always measure carefully to get the same results each time.
Be sure to let the dough chill for a while to prevent sticking and make the dough taste better.
Mix the dough just enough to mix all the ingredients together for tender cookies.
Check the cookies during baking: Remove from oven while still soft if that’s what you want or give them some extra time to go crisp.
