Garlic Butter can be put together quickly with only butter, minced garlic and herbs like lemon juice or parsley. And, it works great as bread spread, on top of steaks or seasoning for vegetables and pasta.

  • 1 Small mixing bowl
  • 1 Fork or whisk
  • 1 Measuring spoons
  • 1 Garlic press or fine grater

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced or grated
  • 1 tbsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Start by getting all the ingredients ready.At room temperature, it is easy to mix softened butter.The Garlic Should be Mince Finely: Either press the garlic with a press or use a fine grater to grate them finely.
  • add the butter to the mixture.Blend together all the ingredients: butter, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Mix the ingredients smoothly by using a fork or whisk.Lemon Flavour (Optional): Give your cocktail a small sour flavor by adding a teaspoon of lemon juice and mixing it in
  • Put the Food in the Fridge or Serve Place the garlic butter on a piece of parchment paper. Appear in a log form and place it into the fridge for firmness which means when ready for use.Plan to Use: Immediately enjoy the garlic butter on biscuits or store it in the refrigerator for up to seven days

Notes

Fresh, minced garlic gives the most delicious taste. Do not buy pre-minced garlic from jars.
Make the Butter Soft: If the butter is soft, mixing will be smoother. If you do not have much time, heat the butter in the microwave for 10 seconds on low.
Give herbs such as thyme, rosemary or dill a try for something different.
Freeze the extra garlic butter into several small pieces so you have it when you need it.
