- ½ cup unsalted butter
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups purpose flour
- 1 tbsp baking soda
- ½ tbsp salt
Instructions
- Grease your loaf pan and preheat oven at 350 degree Fahrenheit (175 degree Celsius).
- Mash the bananas in a large bowl due to smoothness.
- Mix the bananas with melted butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl combine flour, baking soda and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, until it becomes fully mixed.
- Fold in nuts or chocolate chips, (optional).
- Pour batter batter in pan greased and smooth down.
- Place in the oven on 350 and cook 50-60 mins, or until a toothpick removes cleanly.
- Cool it in the pan 10 minutes, and put on a rack to cool completely.
- Cut and eat cool or hot.
